From 5-9 September 2022, the 73rd Annual Meeting of the European Association for Animal Production took place in Porto (Portugal). Session 66 on "Digitalisation, Data integration, Detection and Decision Support in PLF applications" was organised in collaboration with the D4Dairy project.

The contributions from D4Dairy ranged from an overview of experiences made in the field of data integration to the development of applications, the legal aspects, data validation and genetic parameters from sensor data, various applications on mid-infra red spectra, decision support for drying off to reduce antibiotic use, concentrate feed efficiency based on integrated data, auxiliary traits for genetic improvement of udder health and ketosis, BigData applications for risk assessment and prediction of diseases to concrete applications such as benchmarking for claw health.
